During the previous edition, the contents of the book had to be changed to conform to the new Act of 2013. Since the Act was under major revision at the time of this edition, many changes had to be made in the book again. A brief list of the changes that have been brought in the Act has become necessary. The main changes are as follows: This amendment is removing the difficulties that were being faced in implementing the 2013 Act, this will make it easier to do business, it will become easier to implement along with other Acts and the 2013 Act will have some of its own. There were weaknesses which have been attempted to be corrected. The changes that have been brought are regarding certain definitions, lending and borrowing, dealing with related parties, fulfilling the responsibilities of companies towards society, What should be the governance of companies, some reforms regarding dividends, how should be the financial reports. Some reforms regarding auditors and auditors, some matters related to the Board of Directors, merger, amalgamation, reorganization and also some other reforms. Apart from these, the judicial decisions received were also taken into consideration.
